Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled if we are notified before food preparation begins. Once preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible. Please call us immediately at (619) 816-9468 if you need to cancel.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

• Incorrect order items that were our fault.
• Missing items from your order confirmed at pickup/delivery.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

No-Show Pickups

If you do not arrive to pick up your order within a reasonable time after your selected pickup window, your order may be discarded and no refund will be issued. Please contact us if you are delayed.
